3. Sponsorship Contributions All sponsorships made through this Page are voluntary contributions to Holy Family School. We reserve the right to refuse any sponsorship at our discretion.

Intellectual Property The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Page are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Page is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Page and all information on it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Holy Family School will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Page.

6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
